Tony Otte has been City Manager for the City of Lake Wales since July, 2001. He has over 30 years of experience in the public sector, with over 20 years as a City Manager in Central Florida and over 10 years working in local government agencies in Kentucky. He has extensive experience in public safety, community development, water and sewer utilities, and construction.

Tony grew up working in his family's construction business in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. He has a BA from Thomas More College and an MPA from the University of Cincinnati. He has had an article published in publications of the Kentucky Municipal League and the Kentucky Association of Counties. Tony is married to Joyce Otte, CPA, and they have two sons.
