    4. 57 Central Avenue West
    Site plan approval for a day care center per Section 23-347. Waivers for the number of on-site parking spaces and fence height in the front yard are requested.

    5. 1218 Bryn Mawr Avenue
    The applicant is requesting a waiver of strict compliance to allow a six-foot fence height in the front yard where four feet is allowed by code.

    6. Public Hearing: Proposed Amendments to Zoning Code
    Staff is proposing some amendments related to the fee schedule, use chart, and other scrivener errors.

    7. Proposal for Developing a Vision for Downtown Lake Wales
    Continued discussion of Chairman Bennett's proposal
