Stuart-Dunn-Oliver House
Stuart-Dunn-Oliver House
300 East Central Avenue
Built 1920
A pair of offset gable roofs with decorative eave brackets distinguish the design of this Bungalow, a favorite building style of the American middle class from about 1905 to 1920. A founder of Lake Wales, E.C. Stuart, originally owned this house. In 1994 it was moved to the Historic Corridor, restored, and furnished with period pieces.
