The City of Lake Wales is seeking a qualified proposer to, through sale or lease/public-private partnership, redevelop certain parcels on Lincoln Avenue for the benefit of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), and incorporating the Lake Wales Connected and the CRA Redevelopment Plans.
