The Land Use Study will include an assessment of the utility service area surrounding Lake Wales (land in unincorporated Polk County beyond Lake Wales City limits) for future annexations requested by property owners (areas of land outside City limits requested to become part of the City of Lake Wales). Information collected through this website, public engagement and online survey will help the City develop land use scenarios within the study area, which will be presented to the public at a public open house.
