    Code Enforcement Board Meetings 5:30 p.m. 2nd Monday each month 201 W Central Avenue Lake Wales, FL 33853 Members Members serve a 3-year term. Duties The Code Enforcement Board imposes administrative fines and other noncriminal penalties to enforce city health and sanitation, occupational licensing, fire, building, zoning, and sign ordinances when it finds that a pending or repeated violation continues to exist.
